✍️ Content Generator

The original AI content engine — reads topic ideas from the INPUT tab, calls Gemini to write full blog posts, Facebook captions, Instagram captions, image prompts, slugs, and meta descriptions. Runs Mon/Wed/Fri at 6AM CT automatically.

💡 This is a separate system from the Lean Image Machine. The Content Generator writes all the content for you. The Lean Image Machine is for when YOU write the content and just need images + SEO polish.

How to Use It

Add a row to the INPUT tab in the Google Sheet and fill in these columns:

Primary Keyword	Yes	Main SEO keyword. e.g. "CrossFit over 40 Memphis"
Audience	No	Defaults to "adults in Memphis looking to get fit"
Target Offer	No	Which program? e.g. "90-day transformation", "peptide program"
Angle / Hook	No	Specific angle or hook for the piece
Target CTA URL	No	Defaults to https://fit901.com/start
Content Type	No	Both (default), Blog, or Social
Status	Yes	Leave blank — machine sets to "In Progress" then "Generated"

Schedule

Runs automatically Mon/Wed/Fri at 6:00 AM Central Time. Also has a manual webhook:

What It Generates

Full blog post HTML (700–1000 words, H2/H3 headings, CTA embedded at ~400 words)
Facebook post (150–300 words, 3–5 hashtags)
Instagram caption (with hashtag block)
Image prompt (for use in image generation)
SEO title, slug, meta description

After It Runs

Check the INPUT tab — Status will say "Generated". Review the content in the Generated Blog Content and Generated Social Content columns. When you're happy with it, the GHL Publisher workflow picks it up automatically (runs every 2 hours, looks for Status = "Approved").

To approve a row: change Status to Approved.
